The Halsey Road Intersection Improvements Project was awarded by the Board on June 27, 2017, to Lyric Services, Inc., in the amount of $35,635.00.  Change Order No. One (1) and No. Two (2) were for no cost time extensions.  Change Order No. Three (3) is requested to decrease the contract by $14.00 from $35,635.00 to $35,621.00 to adjust quantities used.  The final contract amount is $35,621.00 (PO No. 17000912).


The work has been completed and Lyric Services, Inc., has submitted its Final Pay Application No. Two (2) in the amount of $5,738.30.
