Master Plan Revision on property zoned PDP(SF)/Planned Development Project (Single Family) with deviations.


General Location:

East side of the intersection of Old Trilby Road and Lockhart Road.


P&Z Action:

Voted 5-0 to recommend approval with unmodified performance conditions with the understanding that the applicant would meet with the County Engineering Department regarding condition #8 prior to the Board hearing.  The condition has been updated for consideration by the Board.

The following members were present at the November 13, 2017, Planning and Zoning Commission meeting:  Chairman Lynn Gruber-White; Vice Chairman Alia Qureshi; Ronald Cohen; Thomas Comunale; and John Scharch.  Alternate Member Steve Hickey was present in a non-voting capacity.

Assistant County Administrator Ronald Pianta advised that based on the revision to Planning and Zoning (P&Z) Commission Performance Condition No. 8, the staff recommended that P&Z Commission Performance Condition No. 9 be eliminated.

Comm. Nicholson requested that the Motion include the improvement of Lockhardt Road to the property line.

Amended Motion

To amend the Motion to include the improvements of Lockhart Road to the property line pending County Engineer requiring it (Resolution No. 2017-192).
