On April 11, 2017, Contract No. 17-C00011/BH for Landfill Operations Building Project was awarded to Comanco Construction Corporation, at a cost of $479,567.50.  The Hernando County Department of Solid Waste is requesting approval of Change Order No. One (1) and No. Two (2) to Purchase Order No. 17000744 to increase the dollar amount of the PO by $35,457.17 from $479,567.50 to $515,024.67.

 

Change Order No. One (1) is requested for an increase by $1,708.53 from $479,567.50 to $481,276.03 to raise the building floor elevation and associated grading to prevent flooding including a time extension of Eighteen (18) days.

 

Change Order No. Two (2) is requested for an increase by $33,748.64 from $481,276.03 to $515,024.67 to alleviate the water flow concerns in the other areas of the building to also including a time extension of Twenty-four (24) days.
