The Shoal Line Blvd. South Bike Lane Local Agency Program Project was awarded by the Board on January 24, 2017, to Goodwin Bros. Construction, Inc., in the amount of $781,604.69. Change Order No. One (1) increased the contract amount by $32,329.28 from $781,604.69 to $813,933.97 for an additional embankment needed. Change Order No. Two (2) increased the contract amount by $22,050.00 from $813,933.97 to $835,983.97 for costs associated to profile existing asphalt. Change Order No. Three (3) increased the contract amount by $2,244.00 from $835,983.97 to $838,227.97 for the removal and replacement of sidewalk ramps and install detectable warning mats to meet current ADA requirements. Change Order No. Four (4) was a no cost time extension and Change Order Five (5) decreased the contract amount by $44,345.93 from $838,227.97 to $793,882.04 for a net contract amount increase of $12,277.35 from $781,604.69 to $793,882.04. The final contract amount is $793,882.04 (PO No. 17000564).
The work has been completed and Goodwin Bros. Construction, Inc., has submitted its Final Pay Application No. Four (4) in the amount of $84,531.71.
