Comprehensive Plan Amendment to amend Policies in the Potable Water Element
On October 9, 2017, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted 5-0 to recommend transmittal of the amendment packet to the State Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO) and designated review agencies with a revised amendment to Policy 4.15A(10) to include cisterns as a water supply alternative that will assist in continuing to reduce demand for groundwater supplies. The revision of Policy 4.15A(10) with added language shown in double underline format has been included in the proposed amendment.
