Tract B and D as future rights of way, water and sewer infrastructure will be the maintenance responsibility of the County.
Mariner Village is at the end of the maintenance period and has been found to be in an acceptable condition by the Hernando County Department of Public Works, Utilities, Development and Fire Services. Hernando County will have maintenance responsibility for Tract B and D as future rights-of-way as well as water and sewer infrastructure.
