Attached is the Joint Participation Agreement (JPA) for transportation funding pursuant to the adopted Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP). The agreement is between the Hernando/Citrus MPO and the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) in the amount of $97,701 and the funds will be used for eligible planning projects. This annual grant requires a 10% local cash match of $9,770 which is equally split between Hernando and Citrus counties.
